General Policies: –
1. Check In time is 13:00 & Check out time is 11:00 hrs.
2. We advise you to guarantee your reservation against Cash deposit, Service Voucher or Demand draft at the time of booking.
3. A guaranteed reservation will be held until 2000 hrs unless a late arrival is specified.
4. Please intimate us the exact address to which the bills are to be sent. In normal cases, bills are sent to the address on the voucher.
5. Rooms may be released if payments/vouchers are not issued within cut off periods.
6. In case of a no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges for the entire stay.
7. In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you despite your holding guaranteed reservation we will arrange alternate accommodation & transport to you at our cost.
8. Swimming suit is mandatory to access the pool.
Child policy: –
1. Below 5 years complimentary
2. 5-10 years will be treated as child and will be charged as per rates/package guidelines.
3. Children above 10 will be treated as adults.
Cancellation Policy:-
1. 0 -10 days prior to stay – No refund. (on the full amount)
2. 11-15 days prior to stay – 50% refund (on the full amount)
3. 16 -30 days prior to stay – 75% refund (on the full amount)
4. More than 30 days prior to stay – 90% refund (on the full amount)
5. No refund for reservation in peak days.
Proof of Identity:-
As per the latest GOI directives, all guests are requested to carry a valid photo identity (Voters ID, Pan Card, Armed forces identity card etc.). It is compulsory for foreign nationals and NRI’s to
carry their passport with valid visas or PIO (Person of Indian Origin) card. Relevant documents/copies have to be produced at the time of check in.
